Urgently Hiring a Female Logistics and Inventory Officer Full Time

We are one of the leading automotive companies in Kuwait. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and excellent service. Our Logistics and Inventory team is essential to maintaining seamless operations, and we are currently looking for a Female Logistics and Inventory Officer to join our team. (Only local hiring)

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete logistics and inventory management cycle, ensuring timely delivery and efficient stock control.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearance agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.
• Maintain and track shipment records using warehouse management software.
• Plan and manage shipments and delivery schedules to meet supply chain needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and resolve logistics-related issues or delays, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, shipments, and delivery schedules for management review.
• Hande shipment claims, payment and other relevant reports as per management requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
