Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team, focusing on local transfers and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in HR practices, recruitment, and employee development while ensuring a smooth transition for local transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the recruitment process for local transfers, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies that support company goals and enhance employee engagement.
3. Assist employees with the local transfer process, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
4. Provide guidance and support on HR-related inquiries, performance management, and employee relations.
5. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Coordinate training and development programs for employees, focusing on professional growth and skill enhancement.
7. Monitor and report on HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in HR, with a focus on local transfers and employee relations.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
