Our General Cleaning Contracting Company in Kuwait, is looking for a female Administrative Assistant to join our office team.
Job description
Manage all HR administrative duties in accordance with Kuwait Government regulations and the policies of the company.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all HR and administrative tasks, as well as any correspondence related to government tasks.
Assist the administrative teams of other departments and resolving any office admin related issues.
Support the finance or HR team with additional admin duties when needed.
Requirements:
Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic nacesssary.
2/4 years of experience in administrative tasks, ideally involving government documentation utilized by the company.
Timely preparation of client quotations upon request.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to understand operational needs.
Skilled in email communication and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
