The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing engineering aspects of company projects, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery. They are also responsible for keeping our equipment in top condition by conducting regular inspections, perform maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot problems to prevent downtime. They work with other teams to plan for maintenance and ensure we follow safety regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution and completion.
• Conduct engineering analyses, evaluations, and assessments for project planning, design, and implementation.
• Develop and implement technological solutions to overcome project obstacles and comply to engineering standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with managers and engineers to ensure technological integration and alignment with project goals.
• Manage and review technical documents such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Identify and address technical hazards that may affect project feasibility or performance.
• Stay current with engineering trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Help create and implement project management approaches and processes.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
