Junior Mechanical Engineers required Full Time

A General Trading Company is looking for an Junior Mechanical Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the procurement team with purchase requests, supplier communications, and order follow-up.
* Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and liaising with customers.
* Enter and maintain data in the ERP system for both procurement and sales transactions.
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
* Track order status and update stakeholders on any delays or issues.
* Prepare procurement and sales reports, including order summaries and performance metrics.
* Handle documentation—POs, invoices, delivery receipts—and ensure accuracy.
* Communicate with suppliers and customers via phone and email to resolve queries.
* Assist in coordinating vendor evaluations and comparing pricing for cost savings.
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.

Basic Requirements:
* Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Freshers are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP familiarity is a plus.
* Fluency in English.

Salary: 230–280 KD per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
Work Timing: Saturday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Visa: Article 18- Ahli, transferable
Location: Al Rai, Kuwait
