Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Experience: – 2-3 years
Gender: Female
• Create and issue POs based on procurement needs or requisitions.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and vendor details.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchase and transaction records.
• Collaborate with finance, inventory, and procurement teams.
• Ensure POs comply with policies, budgets, and include rental terms (start/end dates, rates, insurance, return conditions). Proficiency with ERP or procurement software (e.g., Oracle)

2)Job Title: GPS Coordinator (Heavy Equipment)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Experience: – 2-3 years
Gender: Male/ Female
• Monitor and track vehicles or assets using GPS systems.
• Ensure real-time location data is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with drivers/operators for route planning and efficiency.
• Generate reports on vehicle usage, mileage, and travel history. • Identify and report irregular activities or route deviations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot GPS hardware/software.
• Support compliance with operational and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to optimize fleet performance.

3)Job Title: Accountant Qualification: BCom/MBA Finance Experience: 4-5 years (Oracle Software)
Gender: Male
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare tax returns and support audits as needed.
• Use accounting software (e.g. Oracle) for data entry and analysis.
