Joining Date: Immediate or within a maximum of one month

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architectural / Structural Draftsman to join our team for a housing project under the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) in Al-Mutlaa. The ideal candidate must have solid previous experience, high productivity, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare precise architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software. Coordinate with site engineers and the design team to ensure that drawings meet technical and project requirements. Deliver drawings on time in line with project schedules. Revise and update drawings as required to reflect site or design changes.

Requirements: Proven experience in architectural or structural drafting, preferably within housing or PAHW-related projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software (Revit is a plus). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Reliable, hardworking, and highly productive.
Availability to join immediately or within one month maximum. Open to full-time or part-time engagement.
