Land Surveyor required Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team for ongoing and upcoming civil construction projects in Kuwait.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate land surveys and measurements for civil construction projects
• Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS, Theodolites, and Auto Levels
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and site layouts
• Prepare survey reports, site sketches, and data logs
• Coordinate with construction and site teams to ensure accurate implementation of the layout
• Verify calculations and analyze survey data for accuracy
• Mark boundaries and reference points on construction projects

📌 Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying for civil construction projects
• Proficient in the use of Total Station and other modern surveying equipment
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and layouts
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and reading) – mandatory
• Familiarity with local Kuwait municipality norms and site procedures is preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Driving Licence is must.
