Reputed company in Kuwait is looking for HR Manager
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation planning in coordination with finance.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and HR documentation. Lead organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention efforts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s or HR certifications is a plus).
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience with HR systems.
