Receptionist and Sales Consultant required Full Time

Position : Receptionist (Female)

Location: Sharq, Kuwait City

Job Responsibilities:
• Front desk management
• Greet and welcome clients in a professional manner.
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain an organized reception area.
• Assist with office documentation and filing as needed.
• Ensure all front desk operations run efficiently on a daily basis.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English, Hindi)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor””s Degree.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of immigration or visa processes is a plus (not mandatory).

Position : Sales Consultant

Location: Sharq, Kuwait City

Job Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed clients.
• Handle client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist clients selecting the correct immigration pathway.
• Maintain accurate client records.

Skills required:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of immigration processes is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor degree
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales (services) , experience in immigration consultancy is an added advantage

Salary: Competitive Salary with performance-based commission Work Timings: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday – Saturday
