Accounts Team Lead required Full Time

A General Trading Company specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Oil Field Accessories, located in Al Rai, is looking for an Accounts Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage the overall accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
•Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
•Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
•Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
•Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies.
•Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Basic Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus).
•Experience: 12+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
•Language: Fluency in English is required.
