Franchise Manager required Full Time

Job Opportunity: Franchise Manager

Do you have experience in establishing, managing, and developing franchise systems? We are looking for a Franchise Manager with initiative and strong leadership skills to drive our franchise expansion and execute the franchise strategy from A to Z.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement the franchise plan in line with the company’s objectives.
Establish the franchise system (policies, operational manuals, contracts, etc.).
Attract new franchise partners and manage negotiations and agreements.
Oversee franchise branch operations and monitor performance and quality.
Build and develop a specialized team for franchise management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment between the franchise and the parent company.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchising or business development.
In-depth knowledge of franchise laws and regulations.
Strong skills in planning, negotiation, and relationship management.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to travel and follow up on field operations.
