About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Smart Home Sales Advisor to promote and sell lighting and smart home automation systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to deliver tailored solutions that enhance clients’ lifestyles.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct client consultations to identify automation and lighting needs

🔹 Present and demonstrate smart home systems (lighting, security, A/V, climate, etc.)

🔹 Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution designs

🔹 Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets

🔹 Coordinate with design and technical teams for seamless project handover

🔹 Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and ensure client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

✅ 2 years of sales experience in lighting & smart home automation

✅ Strong knowledge of IoT, control systems (KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, etc.)

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

✅ Customer-focused, proactive, and result-driven personality
