Safety Officer required Full Time

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team for our Ready Mix, Asphalt, and Concrete Plants operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures at plants.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective measures.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Ready Mix, Asphalt, or Concrete Plant operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, ISO standards, and local safety laws.
• Valid HSE/Safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
