About the Role:
Weβre seeking a professional Administrative & Personal Assistant to support our CEO and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a leading Lighting & Smart Home System company. The ideal candidate will handle executive coordination, communication, documentation, and operational support with professionalism and confidentiality.

πͺ Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Manage CEOβs schedule, appointments & client/supplier meetings
πΉ Draft emails, reports, proposals & official correspondence
πΉ Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
πΉ Maintain organized records for contracts, invoices & communications
πΉ Support HR tasks, travel arrangements & project documentation
πΉ Ensure timely administrative support across departments

π― Requirements:
β
3β5 years of experience as Admin/Personal Assistant (Lighting or Smart Home industry preferred)
β
Excellent communication, multitasking & organizational skills
β
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace / ERP systems
β
High level of confidentiality, integrity & attention to detail
β
Strong coordination & follow-up skills across teams
