We are looking for a talented and organized HR cum Accounts professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage both HR and accounting tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities: Accounts (Primary Responsibilities)
1. Record and verify daily financial transactions
2. Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries
3. Maintain petty cash and reconcile balances
4. Track project expenses, receipts, and supplier payments
5. Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
6. Coordinate with the auditor and provide required documents
7. Monitor bank transactions and update ledgers regularly
HR (Secondary Responsibilities)
1. Maintain employee records and documentation
2. Handle attendance, leave requests, and basic HR queries
3. Assist with recruitment and onboarding
4. Support payroll preparation
5. Coordinate visa, residency, and related HR procedures
