HR Manager required Full Time
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage all human resource activities and ensure smooth HR operations within the organization.

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
* Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs * Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
* Proven experience as an HR Manager
* Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to handle confidential information
