Network Engineer required Full Time

We are looking to hire an Network Engineer with a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in desktop/laptop support (Windows & Mac preferred)
• Strong skills in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience in user support, printer/network configuration, and system maintenance
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, email configuration, and network fundamentals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests
