Job Description
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Human Resources
Open to Male or Female candidates
Working Hours: 9 hours
Working Days: 6 days a week
Industry : Food & Beverage , Fitness
Plans, organize and controls all activities of the department
Participates in developing department goals
GR activities for the day and follow up with GR, ensures compliance with all governmental regulations and follow up regarding employee legalization and other license
Conduct recruitment for vacant positions full time and Temporary workers to screen and interview candidates, conduct reference if necessary
Counseling employees whenever necessary
Exit interviews if scheduled
Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
Participates HOD meetings. Rectify the HOD minutes
Responsible for compiling all job specification and revision or updates from time to time
Responsible for update of employee handbook and HR Franchise Manual
Responsible for the payroll and casual salary and OT
Review the time sheet and calculate OT
Advise department to do the necessary adjustment in duty schedule to reduce the OT
Recruitment for the staff for franchise and ensuring that all the necessary procedures are coordinated with operations manager
Responsible for the HR petty cash and ensuring that timely bills are turned in to finance
Passport Inventory
Registration of Vehicles, Passports expiry, Residency Expiry, GR Licenses
Organizational chart any update upon approval from upper management
