PAX Staff – Kuwait Airport Full Time
We are hiring from Kuwait Only (Local Hiring)
High School with Experience, Fresh Graduate
0-3 Year Experience in Hospitality or Costumer Care
Should be Good looking and kind attitude
Should be bilingual – Fluent Arabic & English
Airport Experience will be preferred
Females will be preferred
8 Hrs rotating shift Duty
Age – Less than 30 years
Responsibilities :
Respond on requests by Passengers for assistance in person, via phone or any other ways and direct passengers around the Airport.
Communication with Airport Operation Center and Airport Operators for a seamless operation of Information Desk Service
Manage and respond of complaints by the public or related parties
Announcement of information, like flight arrival and departure, emergency events, paging passengers etc. by using Public Address System in Public Address Room
Monitoring of flight information systems
