Required Auto CAD – Draftsman Full Time

Position: AutoCAD – Draftsman

Job brief :
Responsible for AutoCAD design/drafting activities group including preparing/updating installation drawings for maintenance projects, preparing assembly/manufacturing drawings, establishing guidelines and procedures for CAD data management
Responsibilities :
? Preparing Mechanical, Architectural & Electrical drawings in AutoCAD.
? Coordinating with Architectural drawings.
? Preparing Proposed designs.
? Preparing PI Diagrams or updating as Built.
? Coordinating drawings with concerned engineers.
? Updating plant layouts & PI diagrams.
? CAD drawings for company projects of electrical and mechanical infrastructure (factory, plant maintenance, garages, stores)
? Maintenance & support of CAD Drawings on DOCUMENTUM System.
? Develops document (e.g. proposals, requirements & specifications, manuals, etc.), and verify that the project meet specifications.
? Ensures all company & department policies, procedures and processes are followed.
? Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers.
? Demonstrates ability to communicate, discuss and negotiate with all levels of technical & professional staff, upper management, the company leadership, and all sectors of the user community.
Requirements :
? Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman.
? 2 – 4 years’ Experience in AutoCAD Drawing preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Designing
? Demonstrable ability to use AutoCAD tools.
? Thorough knowledge of safety procedures
? Technical diploma in Computers and or Certification in AutoCAD Drafting is required.
