Administration Officer Female
A leading Company in Fahaheel is currently looking for an Office Administrator.Female.
The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Job Duties:
Conducting clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to e-mails and preparing documents
Printing training certificates
Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements for senior staff and for trainers
Providing administrative support for operations team
Coordinating workshops and training programs as needed
Meeting and greeting visitors
Qualification and Skills:
Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Strong attention to details
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional communication skills
Salary 300 – 350
