Wanted Project Manager

The person is responsible for creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements,
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities,
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and its scope,
Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing it to Mall Management’s approval,
Effectively applies the methodology and enforce project standards,
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures,
Ensures project document are complete, current and stored appropriately
Create Time Line per Project With Mange and Follow Up Daily.
Follow the project activities from A to Z, monitoring the status of the project and taking action and decisions if needed
Communicates with Mall management (tenant coordinators)
Coordinate the works in the project without the execution team
Receive the projects and submits it to the mall for approval
Arrange (together with Purchasing Department in ordering direct purchasing materials (floor, lamps, etc)
Supervises the handover with Brand manager
Participates in any meeting regarding the followed projects
Arrange the visiting of external architects
Manages the activities related to Permits and Municipality approvals
Chooses contractors and suppliers together with Purchasing Department
Monitors progress of the project and feedback it to Project Development Director
