Accountant Full Time

Education and Experience: Bachelors on Commerce or Finance with Minimum 2 years of Experience and should know how to use Software for the accountant work (Like Tally).

Nationality: Indian

Age: age limit till25 to 30 years

Language: English must be proficient  and if know Arabic its an advantage.

Job Duties:

Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger.
Prepare monthly receivable statements, Following up on Due Payments.
Assemble Suppliers invoices to be completed for payment.
Responsibility for Petty Cash.
Prepare and Submit all Reports to Higher management on time.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Produces payroll by initiating computer processing.
Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Maintain Company Code of conduct.
