laundry supervisor Full Time
Oversee laundry staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Monitor laundry processes, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packing.
Ensure that laundry equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
Manage inventory of laundry supplies, including detergents, fabric softeners, and other necessary items.
Implement and enforce laundry department policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of laundry activities, including production and inventory.
Prepare reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested.
Only inside Kuwait.
