Females Fitness Instructors Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Females Fitness Instructors to join our team at Shape Up for part full time or freelancer. In this role, you will inspire, guide, and support members in achieving their fitness goals through personalized training, group classes, and ongoing encouragement. Your dedication to health, wellness, and fitness will help create a positive, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Fitness Instruction:
• Deliver engaging and effective group fitness classes, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility sessions.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual goals.
2. Member Support:
• Assess client fitness levels, create workout plans, and monitor progress.
• Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals.
3. Safety & Maintenance:
• Ensure equipment is used safely and effectively during sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area.
4. Program Development:
• Assist in creating new classes or programs to meet member needs.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and incorporate innovative techniques.
5. Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to all members and address their concerns promptly.
• Promote a positive and welcoming gym atmosphere.

Qualifications:
• Certification in fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and physiology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer is a plus.
