Accountant Needed Full Time

We are looking for well experienced bilingual (English and Arabic – Read, Write and Speak) Accountants

1.AR Accountant

Minimum 4 years relevant experience in AR Accounting Perform Co-operative Societies account reconciliations. Well knowledge and experience in KFH refinancing of Co-operative societies receivables. Perform AR aging analysis and its review. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments. Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or personally Issuing statement of account to customers upon request. Obtain customer balance confirmation at least 2 times a year. Ability to read, write and speak in Arabic & English. Preferred candidate with experience in Distribution Company. Kuwait Driving License is a plus

2. Inventory Accountant Maintain accurate virtual inventory of Raw materials, Semi Finished and Finished Stocks. Determine inventory accounting methods, analyze inventory reports and monitor all inventory transactions. Review all purchase orders and invoices for accuracy. Check all transactions related to production. Check and control on Production and Warehouse wastages. Reconciled inventory receipts to the general ledger monthly Acted as material planner identifying problem areas of excess and insufficient inventory levels. Minimum 4 years relevant experience as Inventory Accountant. Preferred candidate with experience in Manufacturing and Distribution Company. Diagnose the cause of Inventory variance and make adjustments. Schedule and Lead Physical Inventory Count at least once in a every quarter. Regularly generate and analyze Inventory Report – Inventory Aging, Coverage etc. Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
