Accountant Needed Full Time

Hiring Accountant with knowledge of standard Accounting
Duties & Responsibilities
* Basic knowledge of Sales invoices ,Performing account reconciliations
*Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
*Producing monthly financial and management reports

Account Payable :
*Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
*Processing payments
*Filing and maintaining supplier records
*Checking and verifying invoices
*Preparing checks for payment
*Performing other and hoc tasks as required by their supervisor

Inventory:
*Day to day update to Purchase
*Recording, Analyzing , Recording and summarizing of Purchase
*Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and ensuring that they have been approved by the appropriate department
*Calculating cost of goods sold by using methods such as average cost, FIFO,LIFO or average market price *Verifying inventory counts and recording adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used , damaged

Qualification and Skills :
*Bachelor Degree in Accounting ERP knowledge Preference will be given to applicant with knowledge of ODOO ) Microsoft Office Skills
– Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
