Accountant Needed Full Time

Work Location: Shuaiba, Kuwait
Contract Duration: Permanent
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (8 hrs. / 5 days)

Minimum Qualification & Experience

Requirements:
• The accountant will be part of the Finance Department. The accountant is responsible for preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring timely reporting in alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Bachelor of Commerce, BBA in Accounting, or equivalent degree.
• 5-7 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in Kuwait.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA is a plus.
• Manage the general ledger and record journal entries.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closings.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and improve financial performance.
• Manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
