Assistant Account Manager required Full Time

As an Assistant Account Manager at our company, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to support the financial operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
– Ensuring regulatory compliance related to TDS, GST, GST record with GSTR-2A, and quarterly TDS returns.
– Managing the company’s Fixed Asset Register (FAR) including capitalization, monthly depreciation run, asset retirement, and preparing Depreciation working as per the Income Tax Act.
– Handling PO related tasks such as MIGO, MIRO, Open PO report, AFE creation & utilization.
– Assisting reporting manager & team in handling various Audits like Statutory, GST, and any departmental audit.
– Providing timely and accurate information to internal and statutory auditors as requested.
– Collaborating with other accounts & finance team members on various activities/projects within the overall framework of the India finance team.

Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in:
– Tally Prime – MS Office – RTGS / NEFT / UTR – TDS – GST – Filing of return
– Supplying data to CA – Reconciliation of accounts
Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, measuring, and recording all business transactions relating to the above functions.
