Job Opportunity: Payroll Officer

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to manage and process payroll operations efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of payroll systems and labor regulations in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and allowances accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees promptly.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in payroll management.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Kuwait labor laws and payroll systems.
• Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
• Visa Status: Transferable visa is mandatory.
