Civil Estimation & Project Engineer required Full Time

We have a vacancy for an Civil Estimation & Project Engineer.
Job Description
1. Capable of project management, engineering, execution of construction Civil work
2. Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions. Gather proposals, specifications and related documents.
3. Performing detailed tender review including contractual and commercial terms and proper risk analysis
4. Preparing accurate cost estimation and competitive techno-commercial offers
5. Building a data base of vendors
6. Preparing variation estimation
7. Coordinating with Project Execution team and commercial for monitoring costs, preparation of estimation for variation works, valuations and claims

Must have:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering
2. At least 5 years’ experience
3. Previous experience working in Civil construction projects
4. Good attention to details.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Driver’s license
8. Able to co-ordinate all tendering functions to ensure good liaison and co-operation between internal departments and external suppliers/vendors
9. Excellent business and commercial acumen
10. Self-motivated, enthusiastic leader with strong leadership and organizational skills
11. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Structure Design Software & tools
