Customer Service Executive Full Time

1.     Develop and maintain working relationship with customers, and service provides to meet & exceed customer’s need.

2.     Evaluate shipping needs and advise on specialized services as hotshot, refrigerate, expedite, trade shows and international options for any type of freight.

3.     Research, test and implement new processes to increase productivity.

4.     Coordinate freight bookings and service for customer accounts.

5.     Solicited same day freight from existing customers and freight brokers as needed.

6.     Maximize profits by negotiating with freight brokers for highest rates possible.

7.     Resolve customer’s issues quickly and efficiently.

8.     Ensure accuracy of all shipping documents and maintain records relative to shipping activity.

9.     Communicate with customers to ensure top customer care and resolving customer’s related issues.

10.                        Ensures that all client requests/orders/quotations are completed and in compliance with all company policies, and in timely manner for top customer satisfaction.

11.                        Coordinate all pickup/deliveries with security arrangements from airport to the final destination facility.

12.                        Provides customer service to internal departments and overseas affiliates/clients by resolving import/export issues.

13.                        Compare trucking rates to find the most reliable yet affordable vendors for pickup/delivery arrangement.

14.                        Help customers file damage reports as necessary.

15.                        Organize and prepare data and all necessary documents for timely customs clearance entry filing
