A well reputed IT company is looking to hire E-Commerce Admin urgently: The prospective candidate should possess the following skills:
1. Candidate must possess 2- to 3 yrs. of similar experience in Kuwait.
2. Candidate should be well versed with online order management.
3. Should be well versed in handling customer enquiries and complaints
4. Should be well versed with preparation of Online Order Reports.
5. Should have excellent communication skills.
6. Coordinate with logistics, Sales & Store team to ensure timely delivery of the products.
7. Greet and receive walk-in customers in a welcoming manner.
