TCIL’s association with Kuwait dates back to 1980’s, when it established its project office as a prime telecom contractor for the Ministry of Communications(MOC). Since then, TCIL has played a key role in developing and maintaining Kuwait’s infrastructure, including duct routes and underground cable networks.
