Estimation Civil Engineer Required Full Time

• A Bachelor/Master degree in civil & Structural engineering
• 5 Years Experience required in the same field.
•Must have Relevant Experience in the Construction Industry
• Preparing cost estimates for construction Design & Build projects.
• Analysing project specifications and drawings
• Reviewing and assessing the cost of materials, labour, and equipment
• Co-ordinate with Local office and Conducting site visits to gather the missing information
• Preparing project technical narrative, Schedules, Design elements with cost breakdown.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, draftsman’s, Sub-contractors & Suppliers to determine project feasibility
• Monitoring and updating project costs during construction
• Evaluating project progress and identifying areas for cost savings.
