Farm Deputy Manager Required Full Time

Position: Farm Deputy Manager
– Production Reports to: Farm Manager
– Head of department (HOD)
Job Description:
-The candidate will be directly in charge of the farm completely
-This includes greenhouse development and maintenance, irrigation, and cooling fans -Plant production cutting and pruning
-In charge of 15 employees
-Making sure that orders of showroom and landscaping are satisfied and done in a timely manner
-Counting damages and reporting them directly
-Must prove to us that they are aware of plant diseases ahead of time and have a keen eye to any plants that will not survive in the area to avoid waste loss
-Experienced in bougainvillea production
-Experienced in ornamental plant production Must have more than 3 years of experience in managing a farm.
Skills: Must know how to speak Arabic and familiar with the name of plants in Arabic Package:
Accommodation and transportation provided by company.
