Farm Operations Supervisor Needed Full Time
A reputed Agroindustrial organization is looking for an experienced Farm Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of their mushroom farm.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all aspects of the farm including crop performance and packing operations.
2. Manage, supervise and train staff.
3. Understand and work towards production targets An ideal candidate should have : knowledge and experience in similar field. Team player who is patient and flexible Ability to make decisions.
Solid understanding of farm operations.
Should hold visa 18 – transferable Attractive salary package will be provided for the right candidate.
