FOREMAN REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in industrial/mechanical engineering with with 8-10 years knowledge about industrial manufacturing cycle and production timelines to ensure effective and timely delivery.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
• Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude; Ability to promote and implement ideas successfully.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to all decision-making.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization.
