Hiring Application Support Specialist – HRMS and Payroll Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist with strong SQL Server expertise and a solid understanding of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, including creating and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and other database components
* Provide technical support for Payroll and HRMS applications
* Assist with payroll-related system processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently
* Maintain system documentation and provide user training when required

Requirements:
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server
* Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
* Understanding of Kuwait labor law is a plus
* Prior experience in application support
* Awareness of modern technologies and development environments
