Hiring Tech Lead / Project Manager required Full Time

Job Title: Tech Lead / Project Manager
Location: Kuwait City, Sharq, Kipco Tower

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the in-house development team for our e-commerce app. Actively participate in coding (preferably in Flutter and Laravel and other platforms and codes ) to support developers and review their work. Hire and structure a strong team of developers, ensuring the right skill set for e-commerce development. Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of features.

Review and optimize the existing codebase while implementing best coding practices. Act as a bridge between business requirements and development, ensuring alignment. Troubleshoot technical issues, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews. Ensure implementation of security, performance optimization, and scalability best practices. Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders when required.
Requirements:
Strong experience in Flutter & Laravel (or similar frameworks).
Proven track record in leading development teams or managing e-commerce tech projects. Previous experience in recruiting and managing developers. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and retail systems is highly preferred.

Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and technical challenges efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in development, with at least 2 years in a lead/project management role.
