We are currently looking for an HR Officer with a strong background in onboarding to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register new employees into the system and complete all joining formalities.
• Ensure new employees have completed all required documentation and forms.
• Update employee records and information in Excel sheets and HR systems.
• Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
• Ensure all new hires receive company policies, guidelines, and necessary training materials.
• Address any questions or concerns from new employees regarding their onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the onboarding process and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in onboarding or HR administration.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other HR software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Candidates with a transferable visa in Kuwait.
Salary: Up to KWD 400 (consolidated)
