Our Company Ak Modern is a leading and rapidly growing company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are in need of a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team.
The position is to fill up urgently: Talented Recruitment Specialist
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist with 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage, enabling effective communication with Arabic-speaking candidates.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Overseas hiring knowledge is must.
• Salary will be discussed in the interview will depend on the experience.
• In-depth knowledge of on boarding & off boarding process.
• License would be beneficial.
