Job Description:
1.⁠ ⁠*Client Consultation: *
– Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and goals.
– Provide clear and accurate information about various immigration programs, services, and processes.
– Explain the benefits and limitations of different immigration pathways.

2.⁠ ⁠*Needs Assessment: *
– Analyze clients’ backgrounds, including their employment, education, and personal circumstances, to recommend appropriate immigration solutions.
– Identify potential challenges and provide strategic advice on overcoming them.
3.⁠ ⁠*Sales and Business Development: *
– Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
– Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
– Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales.
4.⁠ ⁠*Customized Solutions: *
– Create tailored immigration plans based on individual client profiles and needs.
– Present and explain service packages, pricing, and timelines to clients.
– Ensure clients understand the entire process and what is required of them.
5.⁠ ⁠*Client Relationship Management: *
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client’s immigration journey.
– Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise promptly and professionally.
