Interior Project Manager Required

Requirements :
1. Holds a College Degree in Construction, or Construction Engineering, or Construction Project Management, or B.S. Architecture, or B.S. Interior, or similar academic discipline, or similar specialized skills, or background.
2. Professionally qualified with corresponding accreditation in Project Management.
3. 4 years’ minimum professional experience in Interior Construction Project Management in Kuwait.
4. 6 to 10 years’ preferable typical professional experience in Interior Construction Project Management.
5. Promotes a functional organizational cooperation, and collaboration. Particular Job Descriptions :
1. To manage and administer Interior Construction Projects.
2. To establish good relation and proper communication for all stakeholders involved in the projects, from owners, representatives, officials, and personnel relevant to the projects.
3. To facilitate and coordinate the administrative aspects for both office and field operations of the projects.
4. To assist, facilitate, and coordinate the work with the appropriate, client personnel, office personnel, and field personnel in maintaining daily constructions, and operations for all projects.
5. To implement and apply project management techniques and tools for projects. 6. To familiarize with all aspects of the contract documents requirements and work to be performed for all projects. Visa 18 transferable
