IT Marketing Manager required Full Time

We at Deal General Trading & Contracting Co, are looking for a creative individual with effective analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills for the position of *Marketing Manager.*

*Requirements:*
– Have experience in digital marketing (google, Instagram, X, Snap … etc.)
– Coordinate with marketing agencies.
– Able to measure and track Ad performance and results.
– Create effective marketing material to generate more sales/leads.
– Understand branding and make sure we follow clear brand guidelines in our marketing / advertising / and stationary.
*Responsibilities:*
*Marketing Plan & Budget:*
– Create an annual Marketing plan and budget to execute that plan.
– Measure results of marketing efforts and make adjustments where necessary to ensure more effective results are achieved.

*Social Media & Advertising:*
– Work with marketing agency to review our content calendar and suggest different ideas and approaches to social media posts.
– Select and hire influencers to cover our products and services. – Work with marketing agency to create ads for our products and services.
– Review advertising results and track their performance. The goal is to increase number of quality leads for each of our business sectors.
– Generate content ideas for social media and ad campaigns and overseeing execution of these ideas.

*General Marketing Responsibilities:*
– Work on new rebranding project with design firm, changing brand from Dealgtc to DELCCO.
– Work on new DELCCO website with marketing agency.
– Make sure our project signboards are added to all our new construction projects.
– Create t-shirts and corporate gifts for our clients.
– Find sponsorship opportunities (create general awareness) – Select and participate in Expos
– Target our existing customers through bulk messaging to cross sell our products (Elevators, Kitchens, doors.. Etc).
– Work on other marketing related tasks
