IT & Payroll Officer Need Full Time

Job Title – IT & Payroll Officer Qualification & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree from a well recognized university
– Excellent computer skills and experience in Database management
– Excellent written and spoken English
– 3-5 years’ experience
– Mathematical and IT skills to use dedicated ERP software
– Aware about Kuwait Labor Law
Duties & Responsibilities
– Prepare and submit the regular payroll activities which includes but is not limited to constant communication with Human Resources and other departments to ensure accuracy
– Collecting and verifying the attendance
– Applying the Annual Leaves, Sick Leaves, Unpaid Leaves, Penalties, Absents, Loans as per the documents
– Enrolling the new employees to the payroll and removing the left staff accordingly
– Resolving attendance and payroll discrepancies
– Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently according to the policies and regulations
– Developing financial and operational reporting as needed
– Maintain confidentiality of employee personal and company information Other Requirements
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Must be a resident in State of Kuwait
– Must have valid transferable residency visa
