IT Software – Operations Manager Needed Full Time

Immediate Opening for “Operations Manager” for an IT software company. List of requirements and qualifications required for this position: Educational Background: A bachelor”s or master”s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.

Candidate must be in Kuwait with Valid Transferable Residence
Salary : as per market (depends on Experience and Skill sets) Relevant Experience: Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT or software industry. Familiarity with software development life cycle and project management.

Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with different departments.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in day-to-day operations. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and project management methodologies. Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in the software development life cycle. Process Improvement: Experience in implementing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency. Knowledge of best practices in operations management and the ability to apply them. Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
