IT Support Needed Full Time

We are looking for immediate recruitment for the position of IT officer in the IT department. Job Summary: Administration computer system so that Computers and Network is up and running 24/7.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of the group’s system (Odoo).
* Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting, & Administration of Microsoft Windows & operating system, and MS application of the group’s system.
* modification of the software (Odoo).
* Troubleshooting PCs for software & Hardware problems.
* Installation & configuration Anti-Virus server and end-users PCs.
* Troubleshooting network problems.
* Designing and Developing reports.
* Programing in Odoo.
* Studying & suggesting the latest Software & Hardware.
* Training & Technical support to end-users.
* Hardware/Software evaluation for new purchases.

Job experience:
* Five years plus experience in Odoo.
Job skills:
* Knowledge in Software, Programming, Hardware, and networks.
* Knowledge in different operational systems

General skills required:
* Professional English speaking and writing.
* A consultant in character; suggest best practices, influence, and create productive discussions.
* Ability to convey ideas in a clear and structured method.
* Building reports for management reviews. * Ability to formulate business case scenarios for upper management.
* Good presentation skills.
* Ability to interact in teamwork showing satisfactory interpersonal skills.

* Working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
