IT Support Specialist Required Full Time

Position: IT Support Specialist
Contract Duration: Temporary ( 2 Months )
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite). Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN networks, and wireless configurations. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent are a plus.
